1. Refund Eligibility (One-on-One Tutoring Sessions)

 

 Refunds are determined based on the timing of your cancellation notice:

• Cancellation more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session start time is eligible for a Full Refund.

• Cancellation less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session start time is Non-Refundable (100% Session Fee Forfeited).

• No-Show (Failure to attend or connect at the scheduled time) is Non-Refundable (100% Session Fee Forfeited).

  • Note on No-Shows: A "No-Show" occurs if you are more than 15 minutes late to the scheduled session without prior notification.

• Completed Session (Session that has already occurred) is Non-Refundable.

• Tutor Change Policy: In the rare event that a tutor from DNT Crypto Inc. must cancel or reschedule a session, we will notify you immediately. You will be given the choice of either a Full Refund for the affected session or the option to Reschedule the session at no additional charge. We will process the refund or secure the new booking within one (1) business day of the notification.

2. Package/Course Refunds

 

Refunds for multi-session packages or bundled courses are handled as follows:

• Before Commencement: If you cancel an entire package or course 24 hours before the first session has been completed, you are eligible for a Full Refund of the package price.

• After Commencement: If you cancel after one or more sessions have been completed, the refund will be calculated by deducting the full standard price of all consumed sessions (including any non-refundable sessions) from the package price. The remaining balance will be refunded.

  • Example: If a 5-session package was purchased for $500 (average $100/session), but the standard single-session price is $120, and two sessions have occurred, the refund would be: $\$500 - (2 \times \$120) = \$260$.

3. Rescheduling Policy

 

 You may reschedule a booked session free of charge, provided you do so more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

• Reschedule Limit: You are permitted to reschedule an individual session up to three (3) times. After the third reschedule request, any subsequent attempt to reschedule or cancel that session will result in it being considered a late cancellation (see Section 1) and will be Non-Refundable, and the session fee will be forfeited.

• Late Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule made less than 24 hours before the session start time will be treated as a late cancellation (see Section 1) and will be Non-Refundable.

4. Processing and Delivery

​

• All approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment used during the purchase.

• Please allow 5 -15 business days for the refund to be processed and for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

• Payment Processor Fees: DNT Crypto Inc. will refund the full amount due, but please note that some payment processors (like Moneris) may not return their transaction fees, which could result in a minor difference in the final amount received.
